Heidi & I had lunch at the Red Oak Brew Pub located in Greensboro, N.C. The Brewmaster Henryk Orlik gave us a complete tour from the supply room to the brewing operation. The Red Oak Brewery is the largest microbrew kegging operation in the United States.
